Cap. 64 Art. 2Power of Minister responsible for agriculturetomake regulations.

The Minister responsible for agriculture shall have power to make, and when made, amend, vary or revoke regulations for all or any of the following purposes:

(a) for forbidding the importation of seed-potatoes not conforming to requirements;

(b) for providing for the proper cultivation of potatoes;

(c) for regulating the exercise of the trade of potato-broker and for fixing the brokerage fees.
