The Authority shall request, at any time, a licensed service provider or any other person directly or indirectly involved in the provision of the licensed service to supply it with any information and, or documents relating to the service which are deemed necessary or expedient to require for the purposes of fulfilling their functions under this Act and any regulations made thereunder.
