Cap. 640 Art. 43Other offences.

(1) Any penalty established for any offence in this Part shall be without prejudice to any other penalty established for any other offence under any other applicable law or regulations prescribed under this Act.

(2) The Authority shall have the power to establish criteria for the provision of penalties that shall be imposed by it in accordance to the circumstances of the prescribed cases including the suspension and, or revocation of licence.
