Cap. 653 Art. 36Administrative penalties for breaches of article 33.

(1) Any legal person who breaches the provisions of article 33, shall be liable to an administrative penalty of up to ten percent (10%) of its total annual net turnover in the preceding business year.

(2) Where the legal person is a subsidiary of parent undertaking, or of any undertaking which effectively exercises a dominant influence over that legal person, the relevant turnover shall be the turnover resulting from the consolidated accounts of the ultimate parent undertaking in the preceding business year.
