Cap. 657 Art. 9Offences.

Any person, not being the recovered person, who fails to abide by the provisions of the Act or fails to comply with any order or request made by the Board shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine (multa) of not less than five hundred euro (€500) and not more than five thousand euro (€5,000), as well as a penalty for each day during which the failure to comply with this Act subsists, which daily penalty shall not be less than ten euro (€10) and not more than one hundred euro (€100).
