PART VIII
No person involved in the administration of this Act shall disclose confidential information collected in the administration of this Act except, subject to articles 13 and 14:
(a) where authorized by the Director;
(b) with the consent of the person or persons to whom the information pertains;
(c) where required for the administration of this Act; 659.] VULNERABILITY
(d) in the course of judicial proceedings in terms of this Act, the Civil Code, the Code of Organization and Civil
Procedure or the Mental Health Act; or
(e) as otherwise permitted under this Act or any subsidiary legislation made thereunder.
