Cap. 69 Art. 30Making of submissions.

The lessor or the tenant on whom the application has been served shall make his submissions, orally or in writing, if any, at the hearing of the matter. He may, however, accede to the requests contained in the application, by means of a written reply filed in he Registry of the Board at any time previous to the date fixed for the hearing.
