Cap. 70 Art. 5Power of Minister responsible for finance to make regulations.

The Minister responsible for finance may, from time to time, make regulations, to be published in the Government Gazette, for prescribing -

(a) the number of the offices authorized to receive the stakes;

(b) the day, the hour and the method of conducting the periodical drawings, as well as the officials whose presence will be necessary to legalise the same;

(c) the stakes that may be laid on the result of each drawing;

(d) the amount of the lotto prizes;

(e) the manner and the conditions in or under which stakes may be accepted;

(f) the day and the hour when stakes must no longer be accepted;

(g) the number, the duties and obligations of the receivers of the stakes, and the percentage, or other

(i) anything that may or is to be prescribed.
