Cap. 78 Art. 9Licensee to submit accounts.

The licensee shall, on or before the 3lst January in each year, account, in such form as the Board may prescribe, by accounts made up to the 3lst December of the preceding year, for all moneys received and expended by him during the preceding year or part of the preceding year in connection with the operation of the totalisator.
