Cap. 81 Art. 8Works carried out before commencement of Act.

Every work carried out before the commencement of this Act in, over or upon any tenement in connection with the fixed electrical power and electronic communications networks without any protest on the part of the owner of the tenement shall be deemed to have been so carried out with the consent of the owner and shall not entitle the owner of the tenement to any compensation, notwithstanding that the provisions of this Act shall not have been observed.
