Cap. 9 Art. 16Reckoning of punishment.
Sub-title II
Where the punishment is for a term of days, a day of punishment shall be reckoned at twenty-four hours; where the punishment is for a term of months, but not more than three months, each month shall be reckoned at thirty days; where the punishment is of longer duration, the months and years shall be reckoned according to the calendar.
