Cap. 9 Art. 199Abduction.

(1) Whosoever shall, abduct any person with the intent to harm such person, shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term from six to twelve years.

(2) The punishment laid down in sub-article (1) shall be increased by one or two degrees where any person abducts, by fraud or seduction, any person under the age of eighteen years. 200. . Deleted by Act XIII.2018.24
