Cap. 9 Art. 331No criminal action for offences against the property of descendants,etc.

Except in the cases referred to in articles 316, 317 and 318, no criminal proceedings may be instituted except on the complaint of the injured party for offences committed against the property of any descendant or relative by affinity in the descending line, or of any one of the spouses, unless such offences be accompanied with homicide, bodily harm or confinement of the person or with a threat to kill or to inflict bodily harm.
