Cap. 9 Art. 474Reading out of verdict by the jury.
Title V of Part I of Book Second of this Code shall
The court shall, through the registrar, ask the jury, "whether the accused is guilty of what is adduced against him in and the foreman, in the presence of all the other the indictment", jurors, shall read out in open court the verdict returned by the jury, and such verdict shall be given to the registrar to be by him recorded.
