Cap. 9 Art. 534AGORightofchildren to appear in person at, and participate in, their trial.

(1) Children shall have the right to be present at their trial and to participate effectively in the trial, including the opportunity to be heard and to express their views.

(2) Children who were not present at their trial shall have the right to a new trial or to another legal remedy, in accordance with, and under the conditions set out in Sub-title XII of Part I of Book Second.
