Cap. 9 Art. 558"Repertus". Definition of "document".

(1) On the discovery of any document relating to any offence, steps shall be taken to secure the existence and preservation thereof, and a procès-verbal, to be known as "repertus", shall be drawn up.

(2) The expression "document" includes any paper and any material object which may furnish information, explanation, or other evidence about the offence, or about the guilt or innocence of the accused.
