Cap. 9 Art. 628Jury to decide by majority of votes. S.3(3) of Ord. XXXVII of 1934 so far as it providesthatthe decision of the jury shall be taken by a majority of votes, incorporated.
Title VII
In all cases referred to in the preceding articles of this Title, any allegation shall be determined by the jury by a majority of votes.
