Cap. 93 Art. 13Gratuity affected by re-employment.

If any officer to whom a gratuity without pension has been granted under this Ordinance is re-appointed to any office in the service of Malta, his previous service may be taken into account for the purposes of pension, if he refunds the gratuity on such reappointment.
