S.L. 10.33 Art. 8Power of arrest, etc.

Saving any other power conferred upon him by any other law, the Commissioner may proceed to the arrest of any person who has committed, or is suspected of having committed an offence against these Regulations and may, so as to restore order in any sports ground, use such means and such force as shall appear to him to be necessary or expedient, and may expel from any such ground any person or group of persons.
