S.L. 101.5 Art. 5Duties of operators.

It shall be the duty of operators:

(a) to immediately notify the Superintendent of any circumstances, such as unusual orders and transactions involving scheduled substances, which suggest that such substances intended for import, export or transit may be diverted for the illicit manufacture of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances;

(b) to provide the Superintendent with such information about such transactions involving scheduled substances as the Superintendent may require.
