S.L. 104.1 Art. 5Certificate to be duly authenticated.

(1) Every certificate of insurance shall be duly authenticated by or on behalf of the insurer by whom it is issued.

(2) Every certificate of insurance shall be issued not later than four days after the date on which the policy is issued or renewed.
