The amounts of compensation mentioned in regulation 3

shall be adjusted on the 11th day of June, 2017, then every five years thereafter, and shall be increased automatically, by the percentage change indicated by the European Index of Consumer

Prices (EICP) for a period of five years immediately preceding the review, and rounded up to a multiple of ten thousand euro (€10,000).
