S.L. 111.2 Art. 13Evidence of birth, marriage, death, etc.

There shall be lodged in connection with an application for an award of a pension or allowance such documentary evidence as the Committee may require for the purpose of satisfying themselves with respect to -

(a) the date of birth, parentage, marriage or death of any person with respect to whom the Committee require such evidence for the purpose of the Scheme;

(b) the legitimation or adoption of any child with respect to whom the Committee require such evidence for the purpose of the Scheme;
