S.L. 117.22 Art. 5Licences.

(1) No person shall act as a distributor unless he is in possession of a licence issued by the Director authorising him so to act.

(2) Any such licence shall remain valid for the period for which it is issued or renewed, or until it is withdrawn by the Director, whichever is the earliest date; and if no period is mentioned in the licence or in any renewal thereof it shall, unless it is earlier withdrawn as aforesaid, expire on the 31st day of December of the year of its issue or renewal.

(3) The Director may, in issuing such a licence, attach thereto any condition or conditions as he may deem fit.

(4) The Director shall have the right at any time to withdraw any licence issued under these regulations, and in particular if he is satisfied that any of the conditions of the licence have not been observed.

(5) A licence issued by the Director under these regulations shall not exempt the holder from the requirement of having any other licence under any other law.
