S.L. 117.27 Art. 6Receipts to accompany sales, etc.

(1) Any sale or purchase of cattle for slaughter and/or beef by any producer, wholesaler, retailer or manufacturer shall be accompanied by a duly receipted bill which shall be shown on demand to the Director or to any other person authorized to act on his behalf.

(2) No such receipted bill shall be destroyed before the lapse of twelve months from the date of the relative purchase or sale.
