S.L. 117.31 Art. 12Exchange of stalls.

Permit holders may be allowed to exchange such stalls allocated according to the permit obtained in terms of these regulations. A request to this effect shall be submitted to the Director in writing and signed by the respective permit holders. The decision of the Director in respect of such request shall be final and the provisions of regulation 11(3) shall not apply to this decision.
