S.L. 117.31 Art. 19Records to be kept by the permit holder.

A permit holder shall keep a record of all sales made by him, in a monthly sales record book approved by the Director. Such records shall show the quantity and nature of the produce sold by the permit holder and the price realised at the sale, and shall be provided to the Director upon request.
