S.L. 117.31 Art. 8Notice of decision.

(1) The Unit shall examine an application which has been submitted correctly by the applicant and including all further documentation or information as may be requested in terms of regulation 7. at another Farmers’ Market. Applications having the same level of preference shall be drawn by lot.

(3) The Unit shall issue a notice informing the applicant of its decision in respect of such application within one month from the date when all necessary documentation and information is provided.
