S.L. 117.36 Art. 8Duties of the competent authority and Inspectorate Unit.

(1) The competent authority shall be responsible for the implementation and enforcement of these regulations, including the establishment of the necessary contacts and coordination mechanisms relating to marketing standards.

(2) The Inspectorate Unit shall be responsible for carrying out conformity checks at each stage of marketing. The Inspectorate Unit shall report all its findings to the competent authority.
