S.L. 117.8 Art. 15Duty of head of the family to report to the Director.

When any member of the family dies or ceases even temporarily to be a member of the said family, the head of that family shall report the fact to the Director within seven days. It shall also be the duty of the head of the family to report to the Director the name of any person joining the family, and of any change of address of any or of all the members of the family.
