S.L. 117.8 Art. 48Compliance with conditions.

In issuing any licence of permit under these Regulations the Director may impose such conditions as he may deem fit. Any holder of a licence or permit who contravenes or fails to comply with any such conditions shall be deemed to have acted without a licence or permit.
