S.L. 117.8 Art. 5Use of forged documents. Cap. 9.

Any person who makes use or attempts to make use of any forged document of a nature referred to in regulation 3 shall, for all purposes of the Criminal Code or of any other law, be presumed to have knowingly made or attempted to make use thereof unless from the evidence produced as to how and when that person came into possession of such document the court is satisfied that that person did not know that the document was forged.
