S.L. 117.9 Art. 5Failure to make report, etc.

Whoever fails to make a report required under regulation 3, or who in making a report willingly or recklessly gives any information which is false in a relevant particular or omits to give relevant information, or who obstructs, impedes or assists to obstruct or impede the Director of Agriculture or any officer of his department in the execution of these Regulations, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable to a fine (multa) of not less than fifty-eight euros and twenty-three cents (58.23) but not exceeding four hundred and sixty-five euros and eighty-seven cents (465.87).
