S.L. 123.127 Art. 3Aim of these regulations.

These regulations shall apply in order to ensure the effective cooperation with other jurisdictions on tax matters where arrangements that enable such cooperation are in place and shall be interpreted accordingly. Such cooperation shall include the exchange of information relating to a group request.
