S.L. 123.127 Art. 8Competent authority in Malta.

The competent authority in Malta shall be the Minister responsible for finance or his authorised representative. An authorised representative shall be the competent official that is identified as such and whose name and designation are published on the website of the Commissioner for Revenue.
