S.L. 123.156 Art. 6enter into an 25 of the obligations to implement information

The Competent Authorities of Malta and the United States shall agreement under the mutual agreement procedure provided for in Article Convention, which shall:

a) establish the procedures for the automatic exchange described in Article 2 of this Agreement; b) prescribe rules and procedures as may be necessary Article 5 of this Agreement; and c) establish as necessary procedures for the exchange of the reported under subparagraph 1(b) of Article 4 of this Agreement.
