S.L. 123.197 Art. 5Power of inspection. 

(1) The Commissioner, or any person authorised by him in writing for that purpose shall have the power at all reasonable times to:

(a) enter and inspect any quarry and, or any recycling or recovery establishment or undertaking operated by an authorised person;

(b) examine, take copies of, or extract data or other information relating to the qualifying services or the fees charged by such authorised person from any book, record, account or document.

(2) Every authorised person shall provide all reasonable facilities and assistance to the Commissioner or to any person authorised by him in order to exercise the powers conferred by this rule.
