S.L. 128.1 Art. 11Licencesto be kept on premises.

(1) Licences in respect of a shop shall be constantly kept on the premises to which they refer and, if they are issued otherwise than in booklet form, they shall be enframed and conspicuously displayed in the premises.

(2) (deleted by Legal Notice 206 of 2009).

(3) Licences other than those referred to in subregulation (1) shall be constantly carried on his person by the licensee whenever he is performing the act to which the licence refers.

(4) All licences shall be produced on demand for examination by any member of the Police force.
