S.L. 146.4 Art. 19Penalties.

(1) The Director shall take appropriate measures to ensure the correctness of both prices paid to producers and aid paid in accordance with regulation 8.

(2) The Director shall also provide in particular for penalties to be imposed on the officers of a producer organisation commensurate with the seriousness of any irregularity. SCHEDULE
