PART XI
Any party to the proceedings for separation, divorce, custody or access to minors shall have the right to file an application before the Court regarding the other party’s breach of interim decrees issued by the Court. The Court shall have the power, after considering the circumstances of such breach and in respect of the principle of proportionality, to suspend the rights of the defaulting party if such party fails to show reasons justifying such breach, without prejudice to any other order the Court may deem appropriate to impose. Any party may request a hearing, both during mediation or during the case, where there is repeated breach of a decree, and the Court shall issue any order necessary to ensure compliance with its decrees, without prejudice to any other measures contemplated under other laws, including criminal laws.
