S.L. 16.6 Art. 8Interest Rate (Financial Transactions) Order, 2005.

For the purposes of regulation 3(c)(iii) of the Interest Rate

(Financial Transactions) Order, 2005, revoked by this Order, any amount denominated and payable in Euro, at any time prior to the entering into force of these regulations, shall be deemed to satisfy the requirement that the amount be denominated and payable in a foreign currency.
