S.L. 164.1 Art. 9Offences against discipline.

A member of the Force shall be guilty of neglect or violation of duty (hereafter in these Regulations referred to as an offence against discipline) if he commits one or more of the offences against discipline set out in the Second Schedule to the Police Act.
