Every application made in a form set out in the First and

Second Schedules to these Regulations shall be accompanied by the documents, if any, specified in that form and by any such other documents as the Minister may require in evidence of applicant’s qualifications to be registered or, as the case may be, naturalized as a citizen of Malta.
