S.L. 217.13 Art. 2Divisions of the Immigration Appeals Board.

The number of Divisions of the Immigration Appeals Board shall be determined by the Minister responsible for immigration on the basis of the number of cases to be adjudicated:

Provided that one of the divisions shall operate on a full-time basis.
