S.L. 217.20 Art. 21Monitoring, assessment and inspections.

(1) The pertinent authorities responsible for the prevention of possible abuses and the sanction for infringements of these regulations and as provided for under national legislation shall provide for measures to prevent such possible abuses and to sanction infringements.

(2) The pertinent authorities in charge of inspection of labour or other competent authorities shall have access to the workplace and, with the agreement of the worker, to the accommodation.
