S.L. 220.3 Art. 11Transfers.

An officer may be compulsorily transferred from one corps to another according to the exigencies of the service only if -

(a) a state of war exists between Malta and any foreign power; or

(b) officers of the reserve are called out on permanent service; or

(c) the Commander orders or approves the compulsory transfer.
