Officers, other than officers in the Malta Reserve Pioneer Corps, shall have a liability to serve in the Armed Forces of Malta

Regular Reserve of Officers up to the following ages -

(a) Brigadiers and Colonels ..........................57 years

(b) Lieutenant-Colonels and below ................ 55 years.
