S.L. 220.4 Art. 31Order of trials.

(1) When a court has been convened to try two or more accused separately and have been sworn in accordance with rule 26(3), the court shall try them in the order indicated by the convening officer or, where he has given no such indication, then in such order as the court think fit.

(2) When a court has been convened to try an accused on charges which are included in more than one charge-sheet, the court shall take the charge sheets in the order indicated by the convening officer or, where he has given no such indication, in such order as they think fit.
