S.L. 220.4 Art. 66Trial of charges in othercharge-sheets before deliberation of sentence.

Where there is another charge-sheet against the accused before the court, the court shall not comply with rules 67, 68 and 69

until they have arraigned and tried the accused and have complied with rule 64 and, if necessary, with rule 65, in respect of each charge in such other charge-sheet unless that charge-sheet is withdrawn under rule 79.
