S.L. 234.16 Art. 4The Convention to have force of law in Malta.

(1) Subject to the provisions of these regulations, those provisions of the Convention set out in the Schedule shall form part of and be enforceable as part of the Law of Malta and any provision of the Act inconsistent therewith shall no longer apply.

(2) Without prejudice to the generality of subregulation (1), articles 349 to 358 of the Act shall no longer apply.
